Overview
Between 2023 and 2024, I worked on updating the app for the SaaS HR Tech company 'Taqe.' The project spanned over 6 months and involved dedicated work on interviews, testing, and refactoring.
Challenge
The biggest challenge was to deliver an app that addressed all these issues with a Design team consisting solely of myself, while also being responsible for implementing the Handover process for the technology team.
Objective
The goal was to, within 6 months (ideally), develop an app that would increase candidate applications for job openings, improve response rates to recruitment processes, and enhance the app's accessibility.
