Overview
AP Ponto is a Brazilian construction company that builds housing for low-income families. They wanted to completely redesign their property management and maintenance application from scratch. The app allows clients to manage payments, refer new customers, and request maintenance services whenever needed.
Challenge
The challenge was to create a streamlined app with few screens, all very user-friendly for an audience with relatively low digital literacy.
Objective
Revamping an application plagued with usability issues into an updated version that enhances usability and accessibility for a broad audience, spanning from tech-savvy individuals aged 18-30 y/o to those aged 50 - 70 y/o with minimal digital literacy.
